Returns You can request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt if: - You received an incorrect product. - There is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by shipping. - You wish to return for any other reason, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and original packaging. If the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we bear all return costs. If the return is for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. No return will be accepted if the product has been used, tampered with, or if its accessories or original labels have been removed. Replacement You have the right to replace the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that: - The product is in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. - You present the original invoice or order number. If the reason for replacement is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we bear all shipping costs. General Conditions An order number must be available to complete any return or exchange process. The product will be inspected before accepting the return or exchange request to verify its condition.
